How can I build a cement picnic table?

you have to make a framing mold from 2×4″s and plywood, one for the 2 legs and one for the top. Then do your pour. If your legs and top are more than 2 inches deep use chicken wire to strengthen the pour. Let cure well and then pry away the mold

Question for a kitchen cabinet maker or installer?

Have SELF CLOSING hinges on my new kitchen cabinets and drawers with no way of opening them. I don’t want pulls or catches – want the contemporary look with no hardware showing. I need some really long magnetic springs that when I push them in they will pop out enough for me to get my fingers behind the face of the cabinets. Is there something out there? (I don’t want to use a router and Restoration Hardware doesn’t have them.)
I still need to be able to close the drawers so that the faces are flush with the cabinets or drawers. Bumper s will keep them permanenently open. Thanks.

The magnetic springs you are talking about will not work on as the doors/drawers can’t be pushed in any to release the catch. You are looking for something that is not going to work.
If you are dead against hardware I suggest you make a small finger rout in the appropriate position on your doors and drawers, probably won’t see this at all, touch up with matching stain,glaze. Think about where you will do this on each door on base and wall cabinets.

broken laser light on sliding miter saw?

So i have a craftsmen mitre saw that slides and the laser light doesn’t work, previously theres a switch you flip on to engage the light, im pretty sure its powered by the cord that powers the saw but i could be wrong, does anyone know if these operate by batteries and if so what would one do to fix this.

They are battery operated, take it off , open it up and change the batteries. It should say what type in your owners manual.
